Office Hours
Terrell Designs is located in Colorado in the United States which is in the Mountain Time Zone. Our regular office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If the only time you can call is outside these hours, you can sometimes catch me still working in the evening or on weekends. If no one answers, leave a message and you'll hear back shortly.

We have moved our packing and shipping operations to Fort Collins, Colorado. I only keep enough hardware in my studio for my own sewing projects. That means that you cannot pick-up your hardware. I look forward to hearing from you. Let me know of any questions you have. I love to hear your comments and feedback. In particular, if you had any problems while shopping, it would be great if you could let me know so that I can address any issues.
