Damaged Product - Please contact us immediately if any item is damaged and we will send out a replacement.

Within 6 Month of Receipt of Your Order - You can return any undamaged items for full credit. First, you should E-Mail us at Orders@TerrellDesigns.com or call 303-758-0188. Second, return your items to: Terrell Designs, Attention: Returns, 85 Crestone Way, Castle Rock, CO 80108. Please include a copy of your Invoice if you still have it. Otherwise, enclose your name and address. Once the product is received, a check will be mailed to you, or your credit card will be credited.
