Sue sent photos of her "pieced", that is appliqued, Roman shade with this note.
"Thank you for the great instructions to make this Roman shade. It was my first attempt and I'm ready to do more of them for other windows. The first picture shows the sun shinning through and giving it the "stained glass" look. The chiles were appliqued onto the background piece. I cut off all of the fabric layers behind the chiles (except the seam allowance) leaving only one layer of fabric so the sun can shine through the chile and the lining. This was a fun project. Thanks again."
