Lone Star Shades

Debbie sent this wonderful note along with her photographs: "I started out with a stack of fabric and no real plan other than I had a fantastic new Flying Geese ruler by Joan Hawley that I love playing with. I had the center of what is now the bedspread done when I learned about Quiltsmart's fusible interfacing for the Lone Star design. The fabrics were perfect for that project and from there it went from 1 wall hanging to 1 large Roman shade, 2 small Roman shades, a quilt with matching bedruffle and 2 of the walls covered with matching fabric! A few people think I'm crazy, but most of my friends think I've created a Haven. We love it. It is so warm and cozy when we close our shades at night."
