Galleries: Buttermilk and Rust Hearth Room Shades
Copyright 2002 - Terrell Sundermann

31" wide by 81" long (each shade)

These are two of eight shades that are in a Hearth Room in Kansas City, Kansas. I used thirty-four different fabrics in the diamonds, so each shade is different. The colors are rust, buttermilk yellow and sage green. Since this was a long-distance job, I don't have a photograph of the room showing all eight of the shades.

The detail at the left gives a close-up of some of the fabrics used in the shades. The background fabric is a cotton batik. The fabrics used in the diamonds were both printed cottons and cotton batiks.
