Roc-lon Budget Blackout Lining Detail [Item BOW] The only thing budget about this high quality blackout lining is the price. It is made by Rockland Industries. It provides 100% blackout as well as a built-in sound barrier to ward off out-of-room noises at the window. You may request
a sample of this item. 54" width, white-on-white This lining is made
with a polyester/cotton tightly woven front backed with a thin layer of
insulating foam. The lining is non-porous and will not crack, peel or
bubble. The actual width of this lining is 54". There are no selvages, so you can use the full width.
